We have worked on customized mobile and web app software that integrates with leading CRMs such as Salesforce and Marketing Automation software like Marketo and Hubspot.
XP PLC manufactures power systems for industrial markets. XP has a large field-based sales team in multiple countries and had identified that this sales team lacked technical documents, presentations, videos and other pertinent information required for customer visits.
Together, we came up with the concept of an iPad app that contained all information needed for a customer meeting. The app pulls information from multiple sources including the organization’s CRM, marketing software, extranet and MDM. The app was designed to be used in an offline environment and updated content gets periodically synchronized. Push messages were incorporated so everyone in the field gets company message alerts.
The app is distributed privately to every sales person’s iPad and all content is centrally controlled.
